The Energy Efficient Professionals Qualifications Registry (EEPQR) is the first, and only, comprehensive listing of qualified energy efficient real estate professionals throughout the nation. The EEPQR was developed to help homebuyers and sellers find qualified real estate professionals who can help them better understand the features and intrinsic values of energy-efficient and eco-friendly homes.
The professionals listed on the registry have completed EEPQR-designed energy-efficient training courses and have been approved by the EEPQR as a qualified energy-efficient and high-performance home professional. The registry includes Realtors®, appraisers and mortgage lenders, and is for residential real estate only.
The EEPQR was launched in 2021 Calypso Continuing Education, a company devoted to professional development and affiliate businesses. EEPQR professionals and course providers are approved by a review committee of real estate experts that include an appraiser, mortgage lender, association staff member, “green” builder, and a Realtor®.

The EEPQR review committee is populated by individuals with the following skills, knowledge, and expertise:
An appraiser with demonstrated qualifications to perform appraisals on energy efficient homes
A builder with experience building energy efficient homes from that region
A course provider or instructor with knowledge and experience in instructional development of synchronous and asynchronous seminars
A Realtor® familiar with the challenges facing real estate sales professionals in that state
A lender with experience in products that are geared toward energy efficient upgrades

Rich is a founding member and president of Calypso Continuing Education. He is a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant, Mold Inspector, and Air Quality Manager (ACAC). Rich strives to create accessible options for professionals who want to learn about protecting public health and the environment.
