As homebuyers and sellers become more and more interested in reducing their energy footprint, the demand for qualified energy-efficient real estate professionals is growing. The Energy Efficient Professionals Qualifications Registry (EEPQR) gives you access to an important niche market, and an advantage in a competitive real estate marketplace.

The EEPQR is the first, and only, comprehensive national registry of approved energy-efficient professionals.

HOW TO GET ON THE REGISTER

The goal of the EEPQR is to connect consumers with Realtors®, appraisers and mortgage lenders who are experts in energy-efficient and high performance home features. Here’s how you can be part of the EEPQR:

• Complete one EEPQR-approved training course

• After successful completion of an approved training course, your name will be added to EEPQR database by either the course provider or an administrator at the Realtor® association.

To maintain your name on the Registry, you will need to complete an approved re-certification course every two years.
