Course Providers

Do you have a course on energy efficient, high performance homes that you’d like us to consider including on this registry of approved courses? The application process is straight forward.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Download and follow the instructions for application submission along with the course content. The course criteria is listed below.

• The course is reviewed and the provider is notified of it’s status.

• If the course meets the criteria, it will be added to the list of approved courses along with an access link.

• Real estate professionals who complete the approved courses through your school will be eligible for the registry.

• The course provider is charged a registration fee of $15 per student.

COURSE REVIEW

A qualifications review committee convened by Vermont Realtors® has developed standards for professional qualification and course approval. Course providers will submit their educational offerings to the review committee to determine a seminar’s merit for the stated purposes of the EEPQR.

The EEPQR review committee is comprised of real estate professionals, including a Realtor®, appraiser, mortgage lender, “green” builder, and a staff representative from Vermont Realtors®.
