Instructions for Application Submission

On EEPQR Seminar Provider Checklist we typically refer to the text, audio tracks, games, and videos utilized in a course as "course assets". We advise using a tiered number system on your course assets to make them easy to find for a course reviewer. Your tiered number system does not have to be identical to the example but needs to be clear so a reviewer can quickly find the asset related to any given criteria.

After we have received, reviewed, and commented on that material, we will send you a completed Reviewer Worksheet and the results of your submission. The Reviewer Worksheet details which criteria were met and which failed as well as provided explanation of why the criteria failed and notes for improvement.
